Creating Participative Management Culture

Course Objective
• The skills learned in Assertive Communications, will be transformed into an intensive Participative Management workshop.
• The ‘Learners’ will be introduced on how assertive communication
skills promote and implement participative management.
• Through participative management, the ‘Learners’ will learn to build a performance based culture within their own team or their organisation.
• Lastly, the ‘Learners’ will learn how to develop and foster the assertive culture at work and life (from the transfer of learning).
